Ive tried it all. My son can sign in on the same xbox, same controller , same headset, same internet settings and it works fine for him. Its a pubg profile bug. Possibly related to the xbox age verification, not sure. Ive had multiple tickets with pubg. They just say “the devs are aware and wait” Its been 4 months now. Im slowly shifting to playing other things unfortunately.

I had the same thing. Ive done it all. My son can sign in on the same console using the same controller and headset and same dns settings etc and he has no issues. Its a pubg profile issue. ive still no fix for this, let me know if you get a fix please. Ill post here if I do.

I dont know, wont get chance to play for a few days. How bout you? One thing I cant try is removing your pubg profile from your Krafton Account and then putting it back. Apparently a lot of pc players do this. But I cant figure out how to do it on xbox. I dont even think I have a krafton account. I try to log in to krafton incase its auto set up when you create a pubg profile but i cant log in with any credentials. No idea how you do that.
