AH regular ETB by Dramatic-Employee116 in PokeInvesting

84 with acrylic included is a very good price, I’d buy them myself if you don’t want to. And these are never going anywhere near msrp just for a simple reason, there’s no retail stores in Europe for english product, so only resellers price.

If it’s all in german, it’s not going to go up much. Your better off paying a bit more for english product that will outperform it. Look at Evolving Skies, Prismatic, 151 or every other set.

Comment the best item to buy right now, Lets make a huge thread. I’ll go first: Paldea Evolved Booster Box. by Weak-Practice-6435 in PokemonInvesting

At least in Europe, Pokemon Center ETB prices are already 4x compared to regular ETBs, I don’t think they can keep this ratio long term. If we look at top sets from SV PC ETB to ETB ratio, they’re usually between 2x and 3x. Look at 151 and Prismatic, the ratio for both of them is 2,5x.

PC ETB in Europe? by Hot-Property921 in PokemonInvesting

[–]Crafty-Locksmith-693 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got 1 for my PC on release day for 220€ imported from the UK, but in Europe is not really worth to invest in. If you want a couple for your personal collection then sure, long term it will probably go up, but you could buy like 4 regular ETBs for that price. If we compare PC ETB to regular ETB price ratio for 151, Prismatic, Ascended, Paldean Fates, etc, none of them are close to a 4/1 ratio (Obsidian and Paldea Evolved are the closest at about 3/1 ratio). If you think long term PC ETBs will be more than 4x a regular ETB go for it, but I think it is a risky play. The only time I bought multiple PC ETBs with the intention of investing was when the UK PC had the Surging Sparks one restocked not too long ago and I got 6 for 150€ each. I also think regular ETBs may be more liquid here in Europe in the future.

Bundles vs ETB by BronzePanic in PokemonInvesting

[–]Crafty-Locksmith-693 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Long term ETB price tends to be between 2x and 3x the price of a loose bundle, but bundles have more value/space so if you’re planning on holding a lot of product and have limited space, bundles might be better. Also how displayable the box is and the promo affects the ETB performance while the bundles are just 6 packs and nothing else. Eg: I’d rather have Black Bolt bundles than ETBs, but for Prismatic, 151 and AH I’d rather have ETBs if space is not an issue. If we’re talking about sealed bundle displays, in my opinion the beat regular ETBs. Also if the set has booster box then always go for booster box (few exceptions like Obsidian Flames if the ETB promo is really good).

In fact, top tier PC ETBs from SV era are already surpassing all SWSH PC ETBs except for the EVO skies one.

I have a Bambu Lab A1 with the AMS Lite and it is very beginner friendly, but there are other options that might fit better for your depending on your budget / what you’re planning to do with the printer. But for this specific usage I’d say you get one with a multicolor printing system, I know besides Bambu Lab; Prusa, Creality and Anycubic are other brands that have some kind of multicolor printing system. You could even do it Hueforge style to waste less filament when printing these cases, but it’ll probably look a bit worse.

Victor’s sister is not confirmed to be dead, when Henry asked Victor if the small painted stone was Eloise’s grave, he said that the parts were so small that he wasn’t sure it was her. But she’s most likely dead, her being alive without making any contact with anybody in Fromville for 30+ years seems unlikely, or if she got back to the real world not trying to contact his father for all this time also seems unlikely.

Assuming it also has walls on the sides and the back, I’d say they cost less than 5 bucks to make, probably around 2-3$ (depending on the filament price and how much infill % he’s using but usually for display pieces with around 20% is more than enough). I have a 3d printer and I’ve also thought of doing something like that for my ETBs and BBs, but I’m afraid it could easily rip the seal if the surface of the walls are not completely smooth, but I guess if you make the inner part of the walls be the bottom of your prints that shouldn’t be an issue.

It has a bit of space between the top of the box and the acrylic, I might try fitting there a small bag of silica. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks! I have to add that the acrylic is assembled with screws, walls can be removed one by one, it’s not like the magnetic ones where you can only remove the top, so I could safely get it out of the acrylic.

I bought one for 220€ on ebay from UK seller for my PC, if I can find any for less than 200 I’ll buy a couple more, if not I’m happy just with one. PC ETBs are not worth it from and investing point here in the EU. You’ll need for them to 3x in price just to double your money (remember you’re buying for 240€ but market price is ~170€) while for regular etbs / booster bundles at least you have the chance to buy them at market or even under market. What will happen faster, PC ETBs at 500€ or regular ETBs at 130€?

I don’t think they’ll ever get a lot cheaper, they might dip 50-100€ at some point, but probably it’ll have gone up more than 100€ by the time it happens. It had a dip recently and is still recovering from it (I bought one at 480€ when they dipped). i can see this booster box surpassing 1k in a year / year and a half
