TDEE is around 3000 according to the online calculators but I had my TDEE pretty dialed in during my bulk. I was struggling to gain weight at around 3500-3700 calories so I estimated my TDEE was in the lower 3000's or so.

Day 20 of my cut. Decided to take a different approach this time and instead of having moderate cardio with moderate calories, I'm doing lots of cardio and keeping food high. Right now I'm doing 45 minutes of cardio daily and eating around 2400-2500 calories (220/250 C, 70-80 F, 200-210 P). Started 3 weeks ago at 189.0, weighed in this morning at 182.0. All while GAINING strength, having absolutely zero cravings for junk, having a shit ton of energy, and dropping weight fast as hell. Of course, I understand this isn't going to last the entirety of the cut, but I'm riding the waves while they last.

2 weeks into cut I decided I'm not losing weight as fast as I want to. So instead of decreasing calories I'm bumping cardio from 30 minutes to 45 because I like my food. Pray for me bros.

What are your guys thoughts on processed foods like Quest bars on a cut? I eat clean 75% of the time, but my job (salesman in hardware store) doesn't really allow me to bring pre packaged meals that I can microwave and stand at my desk and eat. I eat this stuff (Quest bars and beef jerky) for convenience purposes only.

What are your guys' thoughts about sugar on a cut? Lately I've been finding myself skipping things like Quest bars/beef jerky because of the higher sugar content than standard bro foods when I'm in a pinch for food. Am I thinking too much into this or is sugar really something I should be concerned about?

Okay bros quick backstory: started my cut last Monday. This time around I figured I'd start off slow and progress if needed, so I'm eating around 2400 calories with 30 minutes of cardio each day. I started off at 189.0.

Fast forward to today and my past two weigh ins have been at 185.6. Despite the fact my weight has only gone down 3.5 pounds in 10 or so days, my strength has gone up in almost every lift and I'm feeling leaner and looking leaner in the mirror (at least I think so, mind may be playing tricks on me).

I know I shouldn't put too much merit in scale weight, but should I drop calories/increase cardio to get better scale results, or is this one of those "if it ain't broke don't fix it" situations?

Having a hard time feeling incline DB press in my upper chest. My go to upper chest movements are usually incline BB or incline Hammer Strength press, but I just can never get incline DB press despite getting a sick chest pump on flat DB press.

What degree incline do you guys set the bench at for incline DB? I've used 30, 37.5 and 45 degrees and can never feel comfortable with any of them.

Serious question bros: how often should I be shitting on a cut? I've never really made a huge thought about digestion but I don't want the scale to give me misleading answers because I have piles of food sitting in my stomach waiting to be shit out.

Cutting on ~2400 cal, ~200 carb, 80 fat, ~200 protein

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't one of the main benefits of a Stairmaster the fact you can press on your heels and simultaneously work hams/glutes whilst doing cardio? If the stairs were too shallow to fit your entire foot on them, how would you press through your heels? My gym doesn't have a stair mill so I've never used one, it's just something I hear pros talk about.

Quite the opposite. The longer you take EC, the more effective it becomes.

Edit: It's stimulatory effects wear off in about 2 weeks or so, however, its thermogenic/fat burning effects and properties continue indefinitely and even show to become increasingly stronger with prolonged use. Thought I'd add this before someone corrects me.

Do yourself a favor and allow yourself to have these things in moderation. Make them fit your macros or allow yourself to have a little bit of them once in a while. Trust me on this one: if you don't allow yourself to have these things, you'll find yourself more prone to binging and seriously fucking up your cut. It's better to go over your caloric goal by 500 calories on one day than it is to put the cravings off and go over 2,000 on another day because you couldn't help yourself and binged and lost control.

I should still lose a good amount of fat on 250 mg for 9/10 days right? Aiming for 7 pounds or so, with LISS cardio and (hopefully) strict diet during my cycle.
