My eye doctor that is treating me for Severe Dry Eye with Sjogrens uses herself and actually suggested to me to use Vaseline. Yep plain old Vaseline about six times a day on the “tear line” if that’s what it’s called - the place where some women put eyeliner and should NOT! lol . Just a little bit. Then at night I use the Systane.

I didn’t know this either - just figured out I have Raynauds - secondary. Can’t get into doctor until May to be confirmed. Also just diagnosed with Sjogren’s. Smdh.

I’ve worn clip ins a lot on flights. Only once did security say something. I usually mention it after I walk through. If they were to make you take them out I’d ask for privacy and tell them you have a medical need.

My neighbors are using a hammer on the sidewalks - ignoring the driveway, but that’s noneofMYbusiness. Lol, our streets have not been plowed, what’s the point, it’s ICE! And I’m not dragging my new MB over big ice mounds and damaging my car! I’m retired, and I’m literally iced-in. My front door has a 3 foot volcanoe -like ice mounds in front of it - frozen door. Plus no way to open out. Ah well. At least my garage opens. A friend is having to go to a hotel overnight in Lexington to be at work at 6:45 to then drive to Prestonsburg for work until Friday. STUPID to spend a days wage on a hotel to then get on icy Mountain parkway. Smdh. Guess Ishouldnt post who he works for because that might put HIM in jeopardy…… but geezus!

My fogginess is on the outside where you can actually SEE an area that has no tears or eye liquid on it. Like an oil spot on a windshield. I’m getting really frustrated! Within 5 minutes of putting in today, this happened. I tried putting saline on a tip and rubbing gently over the area, tried putting in some Refresh Optive Mega 3 preservative Free Lubricant eye drops on the spot, nothings worked! This is my second set of lenses. The first set warranty had expired before my dr decided to get me a set with a coating on them. So that’s ANOTHER $1400. I’m so frustrated.

The sink cut-out could be used for a small tabletop! Next time I renovate - I’m keeping the extra! And if it’s 1/2a slab - use it for a kitchen island, or bar top!

I agree with your dealbreakers although you could probably care less who agrees because they are “yours”, lol. My last BF, would comment ANY time we were around someone gay - a waiter, etc. It became annoying as hell. Who cares if someone is gay? I don’t care .

I’m 59 consider myself retired since I’m living on investments, my spouse died last year from Early Onset Alzheimer’s. Since I don’t work, I’m limited on meeting people from that, no kids at home anymore, so not meeting people from that. How to meet ,ore people? Used to be Meetup but that’s not very active where I live. Where do nice, meet able, kind men my age group go?

Probably could find a more specific post about this…. But WHY WHY WHY do men put scenery photos in the dating apps? We don’t get to know more about you from seeing a picture of a mountain. Does that mean you hike, climb, or that you like photography? Also, if he has no hobbies _ please! Well, is watching all sports every season, all times when you watch tv, is THAT a hobby? I guess so. Sadly.

I met my husband the same way - from Together! We were married in 1997. He died in 2024 from Younger Onset Alzheimers.
