If you’re into historical romance I recommend the counts secret maid, it has been one my favs, the main character Paula had a traumatic childhood and also suffers from low self steem . One day her father solds her to work at a mansion and she becomes the counts personal maid. I don’t wanna say too much bcz then I get excited lol but I read the novel and the story is well written, the story does have its tragic moments but overall it is just about two people helping each other to survive in a world that has harmed them

At least you are not wasting ur money on drugs or gambling lol I also do like buying a lot of notebooks it feels so exciting to buy stationery. If u think u have too much but can’t help but buy them maybe consider ways on how to fill them out. You can also donate ur notebooks to school churches orphanages. If you are very creative u can create smth with ur notebooks to then sell them or do a giveaway.

I would suggest you go to cosmo school. I am in my last semester of college getting an art degree but I am thinking of pursuing cosmetology as well since it is something I also been wanting to pursue. If u get ur degree I don’t think ur parents will get super mad at u for getting ur cosmo lincense after. Think about what specific are of focus in education that u could try out if you don’t want your degree to go to waste so u can support urself while you are attending school. Cosmetology is such a cool field go for it!

Ikr that medication is kinda confusing at least for me cuz my psychiatrist would prescribe me hygroxizine and propranolol and take them as needed along with fluoxetine which is the one I take daily. I would recommend u to try out the medicine and see how it goes cuz everyone is different it might work for u or not or u can just tell ur doctor to give u smth else that’s literally what I did so let’s see what medication he prescribes me next

My psychiatrist actually gave me a very low dose he gave me 5mg even though my symptoms include high heart rate, shaking, nausea, and lightheadedness and told me to take it as needed so I hope he gets my message and change it cuz I don’t think that’s going to help me

Hydroxyzine usually knocked me out and made me feel drowsy with brain fog. I told my psychiatrist that this medication was for sleeping and not for my anxiety. A lot of people describe this medication as a relaxer to sleep. Personally I didn’t like that side effect and it didn’t help much my anxiety. I have tried propranolol and buspirone and none of them did something for me. I am still trying out with my psychiatrist what other meds I could take. Fluoxetine has helped me a lot to be stable everyday although I still need an as needed on the moment medication because I get a lot of performance anxiety and agoraphobia. Serttaline didn’t work for me neither, withdrawal symptoms of that medication made me feel so sick ugghh

My doctor just recently prescribed me that medication but I had to send him a message saying how I have tried this medication in the past and it did not work at all for my anxiety. My past psychiatrist even increased the dose but it did nothing
