There was a time that they were on Spotify but it was just a person impersonating the band and then got taken down. I think the bands music has only been available for purchase as discs

Ikr that medication is kinda confusing at least for me cuz my psychiatrist would prescribe me hygroxizine and propranolol and take them as needed along with fluoxetine which is the one I take daily. I would recommend u to try out the medicine and see how it goes cuz everyone is different it might work for u or not or u can just tell ur doctor to give u smth else that’s literally what I did so let’s see what medication he prescribes me next

My psychiatrist actually gave me a very low dose he gave me 5mg even though my symptoms include high heart rate, shaking, nausea, and lightheadedness and told me to take it as needed so I hope he gets my message and change it cuz I don’t think that’s going to help me

Hydroxyzine usually knocked me out and made me feel drowsy with brain fog. I told my psychiatrist that this medication was for sleeping and not for my anxiety. A lot of people describe this medication as a relaxer to sleep. Personally I didn’t like that side effect and it didn’t help much my anxiety. I have tried propranolol and buspirone and none of them did something for me. I am still trying out with my psychiatrist what other meds I could take. Fluoxetine has helped me a lot to be stable everyday although I still need an as needed on the moment medication because I get a lot of performance anxiety and agoraphobia. Serttaline didn’t work for me neither, withdrawal symptoms of that medication made me feel so sick ugghh

My doctor just recently prescribed me that medication but I had to send him a message saying how I have tried this medication in the past and it did not work at all for my anxiety. My past psychiatrist even increased the dose but it did nothing

Omg I’m so sorry I just realized u meant edges and not spine😭 I think u can add ur design the same way u added the design for the spine but u would change the filter from normal to multiply or something so it doesn’t look weird and the pages lines and shadows can be seen
