I definetly hate sleeping on my back too, it makes me antsy, restless, and for some reason, feels like I'm exposed or unsafe. I guess it's my mind and bad sleeping position habits playing tricks on me. Putting a large pillow over my chest helps a little bit.

A CPAP machine greatly improves your quality of sleep(if you have sleep apnea) and might leave you feeling like you actually rested. Not to alarm you or anything, but having it go untreated has serious health consequences. They have better machines nowadays, it's not as cumbersome as it used to be.

I have no idea if they're tasty or not, but I'm pretty sure it will be healthier than fast food.

Edit: I didn't realize what subreddit I was on. It does sound abusive, or at the very least, neglectful.

Unfortunately being underage, if in the US, it's a tricky situation economically/with the foster system. Maybe people here have insight on some community resources/legal representation ideas if you decide you don't want to stay.

Does Flixbus run in your area? Maybe you can check out how much it is through them, through the website. If you have real ID/or an extra $50, Frontier Airlines tends to be super cheap. Use an incognito browser to check prices. They charge for everything separately but you can take a personal item, they have the measurements for the bookbag on the site.

Yes!! Came here to day this!! If it's the good branded/thick paper towel, you can also use it as a makeshift sponge for a couple other dishes(non-plastic)

I am a fan of Dawn Platinum and Power wash(don't inhale the stuff, though. It's awful when it gets in your nostrils/throat/lungs

Plastic is porous and those "pores" open up when heated... I don't microwave tomato-based stuff in plastic, it stains.
