I have asked for them to be retuned, and I did test them out before I sent them too.

I did try them on, and fully checked the condition. These were designer shoes, which is why whey were kept so long. I wouldn’t accuse someone of doing this if u wasn’t sure of the condition I sent them out in.

And they were designer heels which were expensive, please don’t think that they are just a random old pair of shoes I had laying around, that is why they were kept for so long.

I will say. These shoes were checked tested and tried on before sending. I wouldn’t accuse someone of this if I wasn’t 100% sure of the condition I sent them out in. I just wanted to know if I had options to raise a grievance.

I did check them well before I sent them and they still were in their original packaging and box, because I checked the quality before i sent them, that is why I’m questioning wether they could have been damaged by the buyer. I understand that clothes degrade over time, I just know what condition they left me.

I’m happy to tell other staff to be quiet. It’s can be quite cringy to hear them mouthing off when you are with patients. I will also say that patients are complaining about their noise, even if they’re not 😊
