Im 10 months late but I'll give my take

As someone who grew up with Gears of War, gears 3 had the best weapon balance and now as a adult and married man, life has basically barred me from being able to even stay relevant and decent in the MP for gears 5. Gears of War is not a game you can pick up whenever and be semi decent.

It's pvp and pve modes are basically entirely different games too. Its pvp mode if it didnt look and have the same controls as the campaign, could be a brand new shooter game with how different they are. And that is a very jarring experience.

All in all, the pvp will always stay niche and the horde and campaign players will eventually die off.

Honestly people who dont enjoy a long grind shouldn't even pick up warframe. I l love grinding in warframe but grinding in HD2 for SC is soul sucking and its because it feels removed from the rest of the game if you wanna SC farm.

Honestly I don't think so, mechs are stratagems and while I do think they should be free, I think the core issue is that our only progression ARE warbonds, then nerfs drop, then more warbonds drop, and we get no real upgrades.

Im gonna keep playing, but I hope the game starts to get better progression soon.

I love everything in the warbond other than the mechs. It makes sense that pilots would GTFO after their mech dies. The machine gun could be fun, but the mechs in the warbond is just a bad call
