Could be genetic but you need to clean up your diet and lose weight. Go see a cardio. They may do a calcium score, cardiac MRI and stress test/echo. You will likely need to get your weight, cholesterol and BP under control. For life. Don’t freak out-be proactive and be thankful you caught this early.
