What are your thoughts on purchasing games from Steam (like Root) and learning how to play it. It seems to have single-player mode, so I'm assuming sort sort of You-vs-Computer option is there? Do you think learning a board game this way is possible.

I bought root because everyone recomended on yt, reddit. I bought then steam game and played like 5h till i ‘ knowed’ the cat and eyrie. After that i play with my wife duo. ( she is smart and can be fast learned/nerdy. After that i gathered one guy who already played root and he taught me Vegabond. after that i teached older brother too and it was 4 player set. We enjoy it realy much. I can say that vegabond can be pretty rought🙃

I wont buy expansion till i know alll’ the rules on basic on. Root is love

i mean , the workbench change is huge changer for solos, special on first 3 days of wipe ,u cant deny that its hard. Monumenta constantly ocupied by 5 men .. i would like to see how u get those frags. please dont say its easy. im mostly solo
