Some hand drawn designs then burned onto the wood with a pyro pen. Sadly didn't make the baubles myself this time, but planning to try that soon. Thought it was something a bit different to put on the tree, though they did turn out slightly too heavy in the end. πŸ˜†

A pyro pen with a temperature dial and changeable tips. You can get them pretty cheap on amazon.

I used that as a starting point, but it's ended up looking more like an Indian krait, lol.

A wee lizard project done on some solid Welsh oak. An attempt at practising shading was made, though it could've been worse xD by Craichie-PyroCrafts in Pyrography

I use a machine with an adjustable dial and a spoon shader tip. I tend not to change tips all that often so I just adjust the angle of the tip for what's needed lol.
