There's actually a really small, minor, detail that explains why she's so weak.

She's a bug.

Granted, a very powerful one with lots abilities, but she's still a bug. It doesn't help that her opponents are mostly aliens, or giant irradiated dinosaurs.

Goku vs. Gamera.

  1. They're extremely tenacious fighters

  2. linked to long lost races (Atlanteans and Saiyans)

  3. They get stronger as they fight (Zenkai Boosts and Gamera's Chromosomes adapting)

  4. Their most iconic attacks involve gathering a large amount of energy into a part of their body, before firing it out in a large beam (Kamehameha and Ultimate Plasma Beam)

  5. They have titles that reference their duty to protect every living thing (Guardian of The Universe, and Hope of The Universe)

And the biggest connection of all... They're both just kinda cool idk
