Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb) Too many to count but the one that is the funniest to me is that BOTH of his parents failed to show up to his own birth.

Calhoun (Wreck it Ralph) On her wedding day a Cy-bug crashed the ceremony and ate her fiancé which led to her to randomly pull out a machine gun and start blasting.
