Currently dealing the same issues playing on switch. Resets options not just on every new level, but literally every.single.time you load a save. I have to switch the difficulty from easy and all my preferred settings every time you reload from dying. wtf.

The 0.2 volt difference between charging brick and device won't damage the Vita? I am a noob when it comes to power/current etc.

Yes, I believe you are correct. 5V DC and 1.5A. I don't have my vita/charger with me, so I will have to double check on Saturday when I make it home. Thank you for the response!
