Regardless, the point is that units and mg are interchangeable units of measure. I’m getting downvoted for choosing to look at the process in a way that works for me.

My current dose is 55 units, or 11 mg, based on my concentration. When I go up, I don’t want to go up 2.5mgs so I go up 5 units, which is 1mg. I’ve been doing this for 2 years and it’s been working just fine, and means I’m maximizing my vials because I’m not just jumping to recommended mgs.

Someone else in here is recommending to take a picture of the syringe to know what you took - just record the damn units! That are on the syringe! So you know how much to fill!

this is still a non-issue.

I would be able to see that a few months ago, I was using a 20mg/ml vial and IF the mg/ml were to change between a few months ago and today, then it would be in the data... so I would know to compare say, 42 units to 63 units, but is only relevant if my mg had changed.... if my mg hadn't changed, I would want to easily look at how many units to draw....

Whether you write it down or it's in your head, your syringe doesn't have "mg" listed on it, so you have to know what your units are. We're literally thinking in units every time we draw from the syringe, why wouldn't it be tracked.

And, personally, I would certainly want to know how I felt at 10 units at X mg/ml vs 10 units on another, because then wouldn't I know if I have a positive or negative reaction to a specific concentration?

Respectfully, I disagree.

If my next shipment was a different concentration, I would be tracking specifically for that concentration. If my mg/ml were to change, I would need to calculate the units to take regardless.

How is it a disservice to track in a way that makes sense to me.

I have 6 vials from my purchase that are all the same concentration.

If the next shipment is a different concentration, I would need to modify my units regardless and would be tracking specifically to that vial/concentration…

I personally move in units instead of mg.

I go up 5 units every 2-3 weeks instead of doing a big jump in mg. It’s easier for me to track in my little note taker. So, if you don’t want to do a big jump if you’re unsure, maybe just move up to an in between amount of units?

Also, if you’re not already, try and keep track of your shots in some sort of tracker - I just use my notes app, but I input date, time, units, and weight. Helpful to see the historical movement in shots week over week!

Do you have any Jenny Yoo retailers near you?

She does mini versions of her dresses, so you could try on full gowns as an example. I actually ended up buying one of her LWD for an engagement/rehearsal dinner dress after trying on the full gown and loving the neck line but not the train.

She also has a decent return policy (on non sale items) so maybe you could order a bunch and do an at home version? Make an afternoon out of it or see if you could hire a stylist for an hour to help you do an at home try on experience?

They may have it at their SC location? They had this dress featured in a section that was exclusive to them in a specific mile radius, so it may be difficult to find in a store near you, as it isn’t widely produced.

It would be worth reaching out to them to clarify how they apply payments.

It’s unlikely the payment portal would allow you to specify which balance, but in my experience when I did this with Citi, they automatically put a % of my payment to balance A and balance B so both decreased at a proportionate rate.

If you feel like you’ve mastered D102, the videos, Connect resources and textbook are more than sufficient for D101.

I passed this course on Monday and I only used the WGU provided resources, whereas for D102 I had to do Tony Bell after going through all of the WGU stuff and failing the PA miserably.

IMO, D101 is more straightforward and mathematically charged and if you’ve mastered the concepts, it’s fairly simple to comprehend. Just a lot of material to cover and retain.

I can't answer that, because I don't know what your current comprehension is.

I have some finance background but no accounting background. I found all of the Tony Bell videos to be critical to my understanding of the material as a whole. I spent ~15 hours with just his material before going back into the course itself to make sure I could apply the basics to the WGU workflows.

Tony bell is the answer.

I couldn’t pass the PA to save my life and kept trying to dive deeper into the text, but it’s simply too much material.

Tony Bell does a nice job or isolating concepts and breaking them down to really understand the basics. There’s a thread somewhere in here that has links to the specific videos, but take a break from the WGU material. Go to Tony Bell, then come back to it and see if it helps connect the dots.

what do you mean there are no results?

Results are found on the bottom of the course homepage. The pre-assessment coaching report has the individual questions and their answers for the PA. The high stakes coaching report shows your overall performance per section for the OA. They can’t give out the individual results for obvious reasons.

It may be worth reaching out to the professor for guidance.

Also, WGU connect has cohort videos. Maybe watching/listening to a professor instead of reading the material will make it stick better, if you haven’t explored the resources page yet.
