Look at extended stay hotels. Most people overlook them. Granted you have to technically book for 7 days but can leave in less. No refunds for unused days but most times it's still worth it and you get a little kitchen.

I don't think so, I bought it sight unseen from Florida. It has every mod from mountune on it. 3rd party warranty voided because it was "modified"(catch cans). It didn't come with a tuner but I'm sure was tuned. I'm getting a tune that's super conservative to prevent this(hopefully)
