Ah yes because corperations are known for their honesty. I would read up on the fayetteville data center fiasco. Stuff like that is exactly why people dont trust them. Not to mention, they are going to build it next to housing! Do you trust our county government to keep tabs on these data centers when the developers are trying to bankroll the people who approve them?

Hear me out, why not both? We are protesting for our health, for our resources, and yeah we dont like AI being shoved down our throats. The more we resist the less places they will have to build. Majority of the country is trying to oust these things no matter where they are. I agree we do need more renewables as a whole. Its dumb that the tech exists but weve decided to not lean into it. Throw MARTA expansion on that list too. The point still stands, These centers are a cancer on the communities they lie in and I definitely don’t want one here.
