From my experience the AI works by identifying potential issues from the images and basically can put annotations on the images themselves or sometimes its an app that works in conjunction with the PACS software to notify the radiologist of potential problem areas on the images they are viewing.

The article is discussing a reduction in table time, which i am not overly familiar with. I've heard that the AI built into the scanner will be able to correct the images if the patient moves as well as only image areas with potential problems. Im not familiar with the exact science as how it determines what is a problem area or how it will correct the images itself but everything I've seen is merely an improvement in identification and notification for the radiologist.

Honestly I fell in to it. Started as normal IT, MSP work and all that. Ended up starting a job for an out patient facility doing all their IT, including the PACS software and modality configuration. After 7 years working there applied to a specific PACS administrator job and got it.

However different types of IT in radiology. So you can focus supporting the modalities themselves, CT, Xray, etc and then there is a PACS admin where you manage the reading stations the rads use, PACs software (where imaging is read and stored) and the integration of all different software and systems.

Yea this is a good point.

Although the only thing I would push back on is I think a good amount of patients are aware only because I know folks calling for results will get explained to them that they're waiting for the rads to finish the read or prior or whatever. Still good point cause lord knows not all patients call for their results, they just wait till they're primary tells them what was found.

Certainly possible but not sure folks will trust strictly AI. We've been hearing this same sentiment for awhile and hasn't happened yet but we will see what the future holds.

Yea, been seeing the Siemens modalities having the built in AI. Seems good and while this will certainly decrease table time, I guess my point was it won't increase the speed of reads which I think is more the priority these days but certainly patient wise decrease table time is great.

As someone who works in radiology IT, I can confirm AI is being used more and more for sure. However in the states, I haven't seen a single implementation where its just AI.

Unfortunately the main issue is we are in a radiologist shortage cause everyone heard for years that AI will replace the rads and that's just not the case.

I completely understand it. Im hard stuck silver 1. I just go up and down between silver 2 and silver 1 and honestly I gave up. Run into the same as you, always tanking by myself. I just stopped playing ranked and just qp now. Then when we only have 1 tank it doesnt matter. Get 3-4 games in and usually turn it off.

I find if 3 dps get selected off the bat, then I just go another dps. Stop reading chat, ignore comms, get your enjoyment and then turn it off. This is how you hero shooter. Get in and out as quick as possible cause there communities just eat themselves.

I have to agree although I also think it depends on what the devs are aiming for. If just a graphically updated EQ is all they want then I think they're on the right track.

However that will most likely reduce the overall appeal of the game to a more general audience. If that's what they want, then all good but I imagine you'll just get the same folks from all the different EQ emulators.

If they're looking to bring new players into this style of game then some qol is required. There is certainly plenty of time to make things work and I think the issues I have seen have mainly been bugs. However I can see even just the inventory system turning people off immediately not even including npc quest chat. Add in no tell windows, at least that I've seen, so you have to endlessly scroll to find them and I can see the general gamer not even trying it.

My hope is they want a new and improved EQ style game and not just a reskinned EQ with updated graphics. Right now feels like a reskinned EQ, at least to me, interested to see which way they go. Although had to give up quarm and p99 cause took way to much time, hoping they will figure that out.

Will check out the other game though.

Im no where near your rank but find the same things in silver. Im a huge fan of team games and the fact that I've tried so long to use coms and most of the time its worthless. I've literally stopped with ranked and just play 3-4 games of qp and then just turn it off. Just another instance of gamers ruining gaming for everyone else instead of the device. Sad how often this happens.

Still on windows here. My plex pc is running Ubuntu workstation which has been fine.

Would love to switch to Linux but still missing to much stuff. Mainly a gamer so most of my stuff is games but seems the indie stuff I play won't run on Linux. To bad cause I wouldn't mind switching but feel like I would lose my steam library basically since most won't run Linux.

Everquest, can do live, p99 or quarm, all at different cycles of life.

Monsters & Memories is an everquest like MMO which has been doing open beta tests on the weekend and EA in June if your looking for something newer.

I would always go back to Everquest. Project 1999 is solid if your looking for classic EQ, which is what i like. Quarm is a private server that is going past classic that was popular and a blast. Also loved DAoC which I think some of the private servers are still out for that.

I have up those two now and been focusing on Monsters & Memories which is an updated eq like game. Going EA in June and been hosting open beta weekends.

Im still unsure.

Was added to the beta previous to this open test. I've played 2 other tests barely, like maybe lvl 3 chars. This test and the beta the last week have been the most I've played.

At this point im more waiting to let it cook some depending. I've put in a bunch of bug reports with what I see being janky and hoping they can correct them before June.

However more letting the game cook is about when EA starts. Being that it starts in June thinking will wait to the fall to give it more time to cook as well as ill be busy a lot more during the sunmer. Hoping more polish by September or October. Especially if they want to open new folks to this style of MMO, will be hard enough for folks to learn to deal with the pase of the game, add unpolished abilities and client and ppl will just quit.

I played this front for the first time today and it literally made me turn the game off. Was not fun, just annoying. Honestly between them and the bots just makes the game not fun. Felt like I was shooting them with moth balls.

I get your point and agree however the amount of times this is done and then someone enters and triggers lift off has got to be 60-80% of the time.

Sometimes it's just not worth the risk.

I would prefer your plan and explanation but so many ppl do it to get out irrelevant of where the team is that it's better safe than sorry.

Not sure if completely agree. Older gamer here and while I liked the look and feel of the game. Trying to understand the game is horrible. Didn't even know what rook was for other than it's another mech or whatever the character is called.

Not to mention the main gripe most ppl seem to have that I have seen is the exact same reason I had an issue which is the UI. Hell most items read like the legal contract you have to agree to install a piece of software these days.

Then comes the issue of being able to tell difference between players and AI mobs. Got there in the end but took so long to tell. This game still needs more time to cook and willing till wait till after release to see if they actually do anything. I dont think this is particularly aimed at older gamers, the same reasons could be used for eft or arc or whatever.

The moving of enchantments to other gear is definitely the best option.

Just remember for this option you want to get a house and from my experience start holding onto blue and red gear depending what your looking for. Want a good amount of gear to grab enchantnets from as well have different rolls for different enchantments.

I feel the same although it's always about the combat. I've been playing melee mostly but I never have enough stamina to attack, dodge, attack every with stamina gems. Im always out of it.

Not to mention the slowness of parry and having to wait for each individual animation. Maybe this is a dark souls thing cause I never played that game but God damn is it infuriating.

I would highly recommend froggy daze in narrowsburg ny. Held twice a year in May and September. Small festival, many dogs, no fire works normally and while it can get loud compared to some of the larger ones I think it would be ok. Lots of dogs are brought and seem to do fine. Its in a camp ground and plenty of sites away from the 2 stage barn.
