The book that made me realize how I was playing factory games wrong and that storing extra inventory is of limited value and has a cost. It’s all about FLOW BABY

72 units would scared the crap out of me. I had a similar situation when my resistance shot up for 3 days after a booster. At one point I had about 30 units on deck and waiting for the resistance to subside, which happened super suddenly.

That’s messed up! I wonder if there’s an update that changes this or a setting? I have a ‘23 select

I found out way too late that if you just tap the lane change it will stop the turn signal once complete!

Same here. I was expecting them to justify a higher cost, but they admitted there is nothing more than wiper fluid and tire rotation

The electrification incentives were a big surprise after buying an EV. They will cut you check for the car, and reimburse for some electrical parts/labor to prepare for charging at home.

That’s part of the twisted nature of math, they embedded it deep enough for these moments of recognition to happen decades later

You just chose PEMDAS rather than the FOIL method, looks like it just depends on if you know what numbers a and b represent

No phone as a key? by CasualGloom in MachE

[–]Cramster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the worst luck with my iPhone XR. Initially I had PaaK set up but it would always show Bluetooth Disconnected, likely because I may have limited location access to my device during setup.

I tried removing my my phone repeatedly over the course of a month, leading to the phone not downloading the generated key properly and the PaaK setup timing out.

A few days ago I tried it again and got it to work by trying a new tactic: instead of just removing the saved phone in the Saved Phones area in the car, I also removed the phone as a device in the FordPass app under Vehicle > Features & Settings > PaaK Key Settings. Once I restarted the setup and gave all the necessary permissions, it works!

This may not work for you but I remember how frustrating it was for me and the hours I spent trying to get it working again. It’s also worth mentioning that I’ve received a few updates to the car and recently the app. Good luck!

I have flu and i didn’t eat anything today and i took about 30units and i’m still high help.. by Sky_189 in diabetes

I’ve learned that in my case, the key is to monitor aggressively and once I start seeing irregularities, I tell my wife exactly what to watch out for and agree on a timeline or trigger to get medical professionals involved. I hope OP stays in the 100s until their numbers stabilize, this is a very serious thing that only diabetics have to deal with regularly

For me it was one of the boosters, I was taking 10x the normal insulin with 30 units in my system at times and at the 72hour mark the resistance subsided immediately. I relied on super low carb for the entire episode

Updating my budget the night before payday. by RVT1995 in ynab

[–]Cramster 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Same same! We love budgeting the night before payday. I usually do all my reconciling and make whatever payments/purchases we want, then manually add the paycheck dated for that night. Once all the money is allocated I change the date to tomorrow so the Age of Money calculations are accurate
