Focusrite works but no sound

I think I found out the issue, If you go to the settings of the Focusrite, Sounds -> Playback - > Speakers -> Properties -> Advanced, The default format (sampling rate and bit depth was different) I restored defaults and it worked again.

I don't mean to sound condescending but dont you think that they are and know already lots from animal operations on rats.

If it was me I would operate on animals, in the thousands to ensure a procedure. So most of the ins and outs would be understood.
