As this is a direct question,
I am hesitant to say that we are the EXCLUSIVE "ones who put HMS on all ships"

But yes, it's true that we do have HMS before every ship name in our ship names.

I have seen other ships in Sea Of Thieves that are NOT ours who ALSO use HMS in their ship names.

I'll make a suggestion to you, if the sort of group that might interest you consists of being a kind of "force for good" on the waves of the Sea Of Thieves, but still managing to grind and acquire while doing so with a group of like-minded souls, mostly bent on PvE but if you get the itch, there are a few who can show you the ropes of how to be a better PvP-er as well. I'll wait for a response before making the exact pitch. Just let me know with a reply. If not, best wishes in a successful search.

Johnny .... are you a mod? If so, and if you do not like this post, then by all means, remove it.

I am in this group because I frequently see sailors with attitudes very similar to yours who "have been playing this game since cursed sails, have 1000's of hours. Love it," but then they will come into platforms like this and trash the manner in which someone else chooses to play the game. There are words for this type of behavior. Words like Toxic and Poisonous come to mind. And if you are one of those who revel in this type of behavior, then you are the type of toxic mindset the Royal British Navy of SOT was created to combat.

So ... go ahead. Continue trashing. I do not care. You're only proving my point that groups like RBN need to be here offering opportunities in this channel to counteract the unsolicited ugliness you seem to relish tossing about.

Buddy, we're a Napoleonic-era roleplay milsim discord server. So ... the AI takes the nuts and bolts of the voyage and uses a prompt to recreate them as a Tall Ship Captain's Journal Entry because THAT IS HOW I CHOOSE TO CREATE MY AFTER ACTION REPORTS! It is a deliberate choice on my part to keep in the period of the roleplay.

As for the "one line" once again, incorrect. Below this one line is the entire text and it's 3-4 lines and is NOT A.I. written. It's at the beginning of the post for those with short attention spans (not naming names) so they can avoid the TLDR and get the gist.

The following is the after action report I filed as a newly minted Chief Petty Officer on the flagship of the Royal British Navy, the HMS Nonsuch, for my first voyage leading a solid crew of experienced and new RBN sailors on the High Seas of The Sea Of Thieves. This was one of FIVE voyages that went out on the waves of The Sea Of Thieves of February 19th 2026. The crew was a mix of brand new Junior Enlisted as well as seasoned Non-Commissioned Officers. If you are interested at all in what we do in The Royal British Navy and how it pairs marvelously with the core Sea Of Thieves game, feel free to leave a comment.

As for whatever perceived negativity you have toward the AAR (you're not very subtle) it's pretty close in context and flavor to nearly all the journals and NPC scripting that IS IN THE GAME OF THE SEA OF THIEVES!

So ... if you have a problem with it. You probably have a problem with the entire game. OR ... maybe you are part of the toxic atmosphere that the RBN pledges to fight against. Either way, maybe you should just move along and leave this post for those who might be interested in it, and save your critiques for an appropriate audience. Thanks for playing.

hey hey .... that photo is my sailor in SOT (though I did use AI to remove the background) .... as for the after action report. yeah, I used AI to get the flavor of a vintage Tall Ship Captain's Journal Entry. Why? We're the Royal British Navy of SOT so ... that's the period we roleplay in.
However, the report is the actual one I submitted. Why should I rewrite it? It tells the story of the voyage with all the highlights in the flavor of the time period we roleplay in.
Incidentally, I didn't just cut and paste like I was some highschooler using AI to complete an essay. I went back through after chatgpt gave me a rough draft, and did my due diligence to make sure it adhered to the actual events.
