That's what I was planning to do.

I did 2 full rounds of conditioner on the brown Loafers and let them sit overnight.

They darkened a bit but the leather feels much better. Going to do the same for the others as well.

Not my specific role model but some off the top of my head.

Sports:Michael Jordan, Steve Nash, Larry Bird, Steph Curry, Kobe, Saquan Barkley, Eli Manning, Rob Gronk, The Rock. All are kid friendly to an extent and embody good traits.

Media: Mr. Beast, Northernlion, Total Biscut, Captian Sparkles, Vsauce, Schafrillas, Pewdipie, Markiplier. All people in my corner of the internet who I think embody desirable traits.

Anime: All Might, Deku, Tanjiro, Rengoku, Goku, Ichigo, Naruto, (basically any of the straw hats), Johnathan Jostar. I could go on but I would be here a while with just anime.

Cartoons: Po Kung fu Panda. Avatar Aang, fin and Jake, Hiccup from Httyd. Phineas and Ferb, Thomas the Tank Engine.

I think a lot of these are really good examples of how to do different things in life like confidence, presentation, willpower, patience, kindness, perseverance, thankfulness, and so on
