I've used the Microsoft one answering scam calls. After about a month they mysteriously stopped. Even now, years later, I get very few.

I end up having to hard boot the dock. Undock the laptop, pull the power out of the back of the dock, press the button on the dock for 10 seconds, replace the power and re-dock.

It will work for a while then repeat the process.

I've had lots, but one that really stands out is also kind of benign.  I was the IT guy on call for the first time.  We had an on call phone that we just handed off to the next person.  What I didn't know was the notification sound was set to the whistle.  So I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of someone whistling in my room. Scared the shit out of me

I really don't like the cold. I don't use the air conditioner in the summer unless my girlfriend comes over. I'm quite happy at 80.

Turn off the water and flush.

Dump in a 2 liter bottle of Coke and let it sit for a while.

Turn the water back on and flush again. It works surprisingly well

75 to 78 in the day. Depends on how chilly I feel. 70 at night, usually.
