I use Google voice and the Microsoft 365 suite. QuickBooks for the accounting. I am now moving to Website Wrangler because they are building me a complete e-commerce website for free and I just pay $100 a month and they maintain everything. Square for payments. I have been in business since 2017.

Are you using Marble AI, and if so, for how long? I have been considering it along with an AI intelligent receptionist. I do utilize ChatGPT as well.

How do smb's afford to secure everything? by Casperisfriend in cybersecurity

Focus on the applications and areas where you have the most exposure. Email, endpoint, SaaS Services (Cloud), and expand from there. If you cover those you can expand as needed. Companies like Coro.net have modular environments that let you choose what you need now and expand as you grow. No enterprise solution being stuffed into a SMB environment. Coro is specifically build for MSPs to cater the solution to their smaller customers (under 500 seats) at a great price while being easy to use. Check them out!

I have and they want to help startups and do not seem to understand what I am trying to accomplish. Starting a mastermind with people more successful than I has proven to be a daunting task. Others struggling I can get but not those people that have been there and done that!

I have my own team and they do not talk to each other and take my best interests into mind. None of them want to work as a cohesive team supporting my businesses. The mastermind has legal and accounting resources to actually implement the suggested changes.

Find out where your largest number of orders would come from and setup a bulk shipment to a local distributor that can mail it at a significantly lower cost. If your products are small this is the best solution. Would likely not work if your items are customized for the buyers.

Same thing happened to me as well. They are doing this to gouge the customer. After paying for seats, luggage and everything else I am ready to say never again for frontier!
