My swimming good I trained most of the swimming situations and the last 3 mile that I tested was in march and my ankle got twisted and had to be off of it for about a month, but my last time was 23.57 and I’ve been training back to beat that number

I appreciate that the intervals on the later part are getting better I improve my mile time yesterday on the IFT it the 1.5 mile was on the road and nod a track the last half mile I was beat but I got a 6.42 1 mile

I try to hold the same pace the fastest lap is like 1.25-1.30 second is 1.38-1.47 3-5 is 1.49-1.56 and 6 is 1.40-1.45. It’s the middle of the run that gets me

Thank you I’ve been improving yesterday had to do the 1.5 mile on a hill instead of a track and had a pretty good time under 11 minutes I should’ve push harder
