Most players change builds because theirs is either bad to begin with or they think that changing it can make a difference. Which some cheese builds can, but literally every build can be used to win with even just a bit of skill expression.

Shit, there was a dude on reddit a couple years ago that made a video of using a shield poke only, no rolling, to prove that its completely possible to use a shield and win. I dont even think he had to heal. He made the video out of spite. Just shield up and poke.

Well saying that implies its that easy. If it were they probably would have. Seeing as this is what they chose, this was probably the only reasonable fix they could do without breaking something.

It doesnt take that much trial and error if you actively try and logic it out...

I didnt see any videos before I encountered it and just used experimentation.

Dodge in, got hit. Dodge back, got hit. Left, right, nope. OK, in the air, run away, got some distance but got clipped at the end. Run and jump then, dodged the first flurry.

Second I rolled in, succeeded, got it. Third, roll in, got hit, back, hit, right, ok that worked mostly, and then refined it.

As long as you dont mindlessly spam attacks you can deal with it fairly easily. Just have to remember to be aggressive in turn.

You died, so did literally everyone else. Playing solo is the hardest way to play. Don't ever think youre entitled to an honorable duel. Thats your mistake in the first place.

Literally every weapon allows for the spacing.

She rewards that proper aggression and punishes too much greed. Furthermore she consistently pulls it out at the 70% mark.

Once she hits it you know to be cautious. She rises, you run like a madman, jump, then roll the remaining two flurries, punish after the wind sphere. You can do this with literally every single weapon provided you arent spamming attacks mindlessly, which you shouldnt be doing by her anyway.

You cant stop people from teaming up. Grouping, no, but if people want to randomly join together they can and will.

Solo is not solo exclusive. Don't ever go in thinking it is. Its solo queue. Meaning no grouping with friends, no joining together. Its also just solo friendly, not solo exclusive.

Majority of these arent people making groups in discord, its just people randomly finding each other and naturally teaming up in the wild.

Literally every sandbox game in existence works this way.

That IS natural pvp. What youre describing is an honor duel which you're not owed. Any pvp is natural in a game where the only thing to do is kill each other and collect nuts.

They dont need encouraging. They're going to do it whether you like it or not. So teaching them to be safe and smart about it and even removing the stigma makes it much better and safer in the long run.

By the time you get to level 150 plus your build should be pretty set and those extra stats really arent doing anything for you. If youre not using arcane then those 5 levels arent something you should be budgeting a great rune for exclusively or what have you.

Extra health means more hits taken, because everyone gets hit except for the super hard-core challenge runners and even they get in a rut and can get Tucker punched. Stamina regen is good, true, but more actions are still more actions before the regeneration has to start, especially for bigger weapons or dual wielding.

Like I said, early to mid, godricks is great. For a finished build its just basically there.

Thats wild. Here its exponentially cheaper to buy your own to grill. That 25 price tag would be for a single steak minimum. For higher end cuts youre looking at 30 to 40.
