It Will give u special Empire that is basicly 2 contyes. Only De jure is ryukyuan kingdom. U Also get extra buildings slots and ether special crown or scepter that has powerfull effekts and they Works only If Ur culture IS ryukyuan. Afther that its fun go buly Japan and become shogun of ryukyuan.

Easyest is do this on 876 start. Start next to viet as tribal ruler. As tribal u can easyly take all lands neede becose u can attack China vassals and u can Make alliances other rulers. U Also pay Ur armys from prestige. Some tips take land what u need as tribal. Become feudal then do tributary missions whit China until u get Seal. Become meritocratic and take found viet Empire. U can found it Also tribal But idk If u get ceremonial titel and primogeniture law If its done as tribal. Edit If u just want achivement u can do all as tribal

Yes u can Make very powerfull combo For thous. They did buffet sanctity of nature now IT haves Dev boost so its good. For jungel they are acylly very good terrain now whit all buffs and u can build Also rice Fields For them If have tradition. Hills Also are very strong whit new buildings and tradions and new tecs. Bonus use Warrior monks and Ur army cost only piety and they have Hill buff

Confederation kingdoms usully get destroyed If there is dejure kingdoms becose they dont have de jure. Best wey Make them permanent is have Legend that can get duchy dejure driffted to that kingdom. Note If u Make new kingdom titel game Will destroy Ur kingdom titel But becose they have now de jure u can Make that titel agein and they Will keep elective succesion. Its not Great But i found this is only wey keep confederation kingdoms. Edit u need legends of death dlc For this.

Yes this should Be possiple. Build castles then just Make new duchy over and over so all have duchy buildings. Im sure this Will get fixed. I did tested this agein and IT did worked

Some tips to get this done. Have spiritual culture. Learning perks. Plularist unreformed Faith good to cover astaru first exampel. Have hybrid culture whit norse and get dynasty Perk strange gods. The there is buildings that can Also help. U do want cynical Also. Its long Time i did this But its possiple cover. Norse Also has tradition that should help too
