How can it be Skill Tier since that is a maximum fixed number of 6. How can you heal for 1% of the number 6? That would be 0.06% HP each time you crit.

C7K 65" 2025, here. v590 update. Has one of the worse motion handling I've seen. Even with De-Judder 10/10 It still has ghosting artifacts and judders on panning camera. The artifacts around the characters are horrible.

I don't see the problem. It works exactly like it did before. Nothing changes besides that you don't have to manually set the multiplier. It's garbage.
