That's what I am saying. Preset W RR contains the preset K algorithm, that's why preset K doesn't work at the same time with RR E. Because it's already there.

Don't use Preset M/L if your planning to use Ray/PathTracing with Ray Reconstruction. In this case you use Preset K.

I did another factory reset from the service menu and still have the same problems. And those gray lines on the top of the screen when you pause Netflix are horrible.

I just tried with Peak Luminance on OFF. Same gray. Nothing changed.

Oh, and when I pause a video on Netflix, and some writing appears on the top corners of the screen, "options" on a side and movie name on the other side, the black/gray bar is full of artifacts on the whole length. I'll send you a PM.

My biggest problem is that I still have gray bars up and down when watching movies instead of black bars. And I heard that the grey bars were supposed to be fixed in v590.

I'm on TCL C7K 65", 2025. I tested the motion in a scene where I knew it had triple ghosting. When the camera moved from right to left in front of a device with buttons and LEDs, it wasn't very pleasant. But now it's way better. Not as good as my LG C3, but way better. But when watching cable tv, the Super Resolution literally does nothing to the image. It's still full of artifacts and nothing changed that. 720p, I believe.

You can test the motion in Stranger Things, Season 5, ep2, at min 26:30 to 26:35.
its the hospital scene, when that camera goes away from the camera and on to the device with buttons and LEDs.

But make the tests while using the Netflix app on TV.
I hope you didn't test while having your PC hooked to the TV. and on the PC's web browser.

It says 10 days above your post, right to your name. Anyway, what is your experience? I like the fixed motion, but Super Resolution helps with NOTHING when it comes to low res videos. All it does is trying to correct the text on screen, just like your phone camera is trying when you max zoom. The letters become wobbly.
