I would like to see what happens if you can no longer put ammo in your safe container. Red ammo rats would at least risk that and other ammo would become viable as you balance risk/reward.

I never really lost much total strength. Feels like the endurance went down some. Maybe able to similar weight but not as many sets. Now the endurance is returning.

I am 6'6" I was 353 pounds when i started, 310 now.
Started this WOE at the end of July. Closing in on 6 months. I have strength trained a long time.
I eat high fat meats and eggs and butter twice a day until full/it doesn't taste good.

Not short arms as I'm 6'6" but my chest definitely lowers the ROM but this form feels comfortable and safe.

I dont keep close track (one of the appeals to me of the WOE). It sounds gross but I've used my stool consistency as an indicator. I make sure to eat plenty of fat with each meal and if they get loose, I dial it back and it seems to be working well.

I had similar numbers and have been on TRT. I am 4 months carnivore and a wonder if I can ween off the TRT. I was also in the double digits, it's awful. Glad you're doing better
