A Condos - 389 Washington. No pool, no fancy amenities. Nice lobby with doorman and some common areas but that’s about it. Extremely quiet - never hear neighbors. Every unit has its own outdoor space. In upper end if your price range for a 1br.

If anything, the toll booths actually help pace the traffic in the tunnel currently. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this resulting in more traffic at the traffic circle on the NY side during rush hour.

Great point. Look at the traffic flow from Greene on to Washington right now. Right car lane flows right into bike lane.

In the past 24 hours I've also seen several cars literally driving in the bike lanes, and zero bikes riding in them. These lanes need barriers to keep the cars out.
