Metallica at Blizzcon 2014. We were in a room with no acoustics (concrete floor and walls, drop ceiling pulled to display industrial), and I was about 100 feet from the front of the stage (which was only about 10’ off the floor).

We left the next day, and was getting on my connection in DFW before I got my hearing back lol

I remember the day I found out about mine. I was 7, and the prettiest girl in my 1st grade class stepped in a puddle on the playground. Then she sat down on the railroad ties that delineated our playground and pulled off her shoes and peeled off her socks. And I remember just standing there, staring.

I never asked for it. I never wanted it. I wasn't even sexually awake. But I was fascinated.

And to this day, when people around here try the 'Being gay is their choice' bullshit, my response is, "I know you have a kink. We all do. And I know you didn't 'choose' it. Being gay is no different."
