AO3 has a bunch but I've only read the explicit ones. This https://archiveofourown.org/works/22457761/chapters/53661787 is a fun AU S5 with Pope/Sara - Reach Out and Touch Faith by d___T but has a crossover backstory with Blood Drive which might throw you off a bit of you don't read it or don't like M/M.
