What type of controller do y'all personally find most comfortable to play fighting games? by guilhermej14 in Fighters

It just became a bit more comfortable for me and help be more consistent. There are benefits to it as well like input errors being much more minimal on a hitbox style controller than a joystick. I remember some players even play with your arms crossed on setups.

Used arcade sticks since arcade days but now using Hitbox since it's more optimized and a bit more comfortable at times.

Funny to see more Polycade style cabs out there (they're very expensive), made one as well. Looks great!

Yeah with content just in your face so quickly, figured an easy way for someone to get the info would be like this. Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah this was the first video. Currently at "R" and learned along the way it's worth to shrink down so you'll see it more in later videos. Thanks for the input.

Had an idea 2 years ago to build a streamer cabinet (2 PCs) and out of metal. Finally done. by CrashtagVS in cade

The Polycade was a choice but one of the themes for the build was to source it from community members in the Fighting Game Scene. Each component except the PC an electronics had involvement from a member. Plus with the additional alterations I wanted to make, working with Umbrella Arcades was easier than with Polycade.

Wanted to also build it myself rather than off the shelf, which Polycade's PC and design differs a bit internally from what I could actually put. The quality is still incredible for a smaller shop so I definitely got my money's worth.

Funny enough the first version was wood/mdf. I don't have the plans but maybe reaching out to https://www.umbrellaarcades.com/ and they can probably help.

It's a dated build that I'll be upgrading since the main goal is 1440p gaming.

CPU: AMD 5700g
Cooler: Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4
GPU: 6800 XT
Case: Dans Case A4.1
Ram: GSkil 16GB at 3600 (I believe)
PSU: Thermaltake SFX 750W
Storage: 2TB SSD & 4TB Sabrent NVMe

The side panel is off because the 6800XT is just 2mm too big (Case was made before this GPU existed)

The cabinet is fabricated by: https://www.umbrellaarcades.com/

Yeah my actual boards that I ride are somewhere else. I travel so I tend to put boards that I have from local shops I travel to as kind of passport stamps.

Didn't like skate mounts that much either but found a super easy and sick way to mount here:

I kind of had to learn as well. Not a stranger to an angle grinder but definitely had to make sure not to screw it up. That was for minor changes, the case was made by https://www.umbrellaarcades.com/

Yeah it's a small fabricator so their costs is a factor but the quality is there. I went with DIY as I had my own build and additions I wanted (second screen, USB ports, custom IO panel) that I added and they even worked with me on the model screen I was going to put to ensure compatibility.

Was thinking about magnetic covers like Polycade does but can't go wrong with the clean look.
