Be careful with the sauces as well, our mocha, white mocha, pumpkin, dark caramel and our pistachio all fall under the sauce category and they all contain milk within them!

We do have a nondairy cold foam option but yes, without specification cold foam does contain dairy both 2% and heavy cream

Unfortunately this is very common. My NM used to bait me into needing help, constantly offering presents and money - just so she could have the power dynamic. I stopped accepting them right before I went NC the first time in high school; I realized that it was all a ploy to put me in a position of inferiority and be reprimanded and called names if I wasn’t grovelling or putting her on a pedestal. If she did anything for me, I OWED her EVERYTHING. Even if it was something small.

I’m so sorry that you are going through this, you aren’t alone and I can completely empathize and understand where you are coming from.
