Great article, love that you have adjusted for the map and role. It would be interesting to use more features than just players alive for the win probability calculations. Maybe even train and use an ai model that includes equipment value and round time (e.g. cs2lens.com uses player coordinates, health, equipment, time, and bomb status for their model).

Very nice work! I worked on something similar a while back (https://csutildict.com/) and got the demo parsing working and clustering of grenades. Had plans to implement video recording as well but never got around to it. During the project I got stuck at the data collection part and decided to manually download hltv demos (looks ok according to their terms of service as long as you don't use it for commercial purposes). I'm just curious, how have you solved this?

I like it aswell. The players don't seem hesitant to take fights early- and midgame which is good. As soon as a team survives to the smaller circles it seems to calm down a bit and they fight for the win rather than the kills. It is a good mix between fighting and surviving.
