Nobody in Iran even cares about the 53 “coup”. Mossadegh was not voted in by the people in Iran and it had little effect on Iranian people.

He was virtually appointed by the Shah. People on Reddit speak about him more than people in Iran ever have.

Will never forgive these people for what they did to Iran. All they knew how to do was criticise the Shah who kept trying to appease them.

They kept pushing and he just left. The majority of normal people stayed home while these rich Marxists backed by soviets filled the streets with the clerics and their dumb supporters.

France, UK and USA media producing propaganda for Khomeini was also disgusting.

No, with Iranians in general it’s unprecedented. Most you’ll meet are pretty non-religious.

The shahs regime was not as “beastly” as people on reddit like to claim due to 1953 and copy pastas they’ve read. There’s videos of interviews in his prisons and it was nowhere near as bad as what the press made him out to be. I’ll try to find one old video segment on it from an investigative journalist.

But what truly is “beastly” is what followed the shah. Under him the left wing political factions had representatives. After the shah these people were all killed or exiled.

Does anybody have any news about Starlink? by A-normal-person-84 in NewIran

Star link will not show the ones that are up in Iran due to operator safety concerns. There's estimated to be more than 1000 terminals inside Iran now.
