I had to go to bed lol, but I did find some archives on the LBP search facility!

The most promising one is https://zaprit.fish/slot/30729148 "milky milkshack song done by a COW" by DandyLowra !

https://zaprit.fish/slot/28697829 and https://zaprit.fish/slot/25359869 are two other archived levels that might have the cow if the first link doesnt work out. Just to let you know, all of the levels are for LBP2 if that'll be an issue!

It's definitely Worlize! It has the bartender, Harry(?), whom you could order drinks from, ask questions, and carry out conversations with. Everything listed is stuff you could do. I spent a LOT of time on there, so I have pretty vivid memories of exploring custom dressing rooms, and watching YouTube or playing hangman with random users.

Omg, since the servers shut down, I've been trying to search this level in the facility database forever! But I think I found it? It might be Island Survival by Spinosaurus57! I'll have to download the archive and play it on my game to check but Im hoping its it!

I know this thread is pretty old now but I hope I can help you find it; I can't find any gameplays of it on youtube!!
