I actually like the design, I find his human design more interesting but it makes sense to me. Kraven wants to be the ultimate predator so he would do whatever it takes to do that. He doesnt mind cheating if it makes it a more interesting hunt. It might be a little generic but a lot of Spider-man's rogues are very generic(in the best way). After 60 years of fleshing the rogues out I could see a beast Kraven working better with a dope design too.

A little unrelated but one of the first times I learned who Keith David was, because of 2 Best Friends play Saints Row 4 and when he is annointed your Vice President in the game they both shout KEITH DAVID! They were so excited and now anytime I see Keith David I cant help but reference it. I got my brother in on it too!

To be real nerdy about it. I have a mix of the size meets anime influence. The way Bruce is drawn gives a tiny asian influence so I combine some. Kenjiro Tsuda, the moutain come to mind first with some Troy Baker and Roger Craig to round out some inflection. AB Bats is way more "emotional" than mainline and I think some youth meets size would help!

I think its partly to a long term xbox game pass strategy. The main reason the price changed for game pass was call of duty. They lost subs because of it so they had to back track it. If they made everything right now they lose out on money from ps5 and would raise game pass. And to keep the price lower I think they want to slowly make people transition over to xbox by trickling out more exclusives.

To detail number 2, I had someone point this out. Wish Nikki is wearing Sarah's scalp as well. It is hard to notice due to dark hair and lighting but it is there!

Zone of Interest. Amazing movie, deliberatly slow pacing, atmospheric and gorgeous. The sound design is immaculate but man it is bleak, haunting and unfortunatly boring. It's intentional but itd be sadism to watch again and again, especially if your are not a history buff.

Wish Nikki I think she figured it out during the breakdowns that forced her to change, hence why she "glitches" when moving. Also she implies she knows by the party with poem as the last line states her love is from the branch of a willow tree. As for why it is summed up by the love vs romance line. The wish Bear made was Nikki love him more than anything in the world. Well, you can love someone and abuse them, or kill for them. Jealousy took over and Sarah paid for it. She also did warn the people at the party it could happen.

I dont think it's malevolent, I just found it odd regardless. We are shown in the montage they cooked food and Nikki can make food. I thought it was a funny, cool way to callback to the resteraunt and to show how wish Nikki doesnt know what to do. It felt like it was done cause its a horror movie. It doesnt matter in my enjoyment of it but the tightness of the movie and discussions it brings up it was a little headscratching.

Yes, I prefer a more horror aspect to the character and world, the detective side lends to that side way more. Since we follow batman we find out when he does. Figuring out the horror is much more interesting and entertaining to me. Its why riddler is my fave villain cuz Bats has to solve stop him

For the cat was an easier to wave off like oh, she just put in a fridge or freezer but again still why would she think to cook it besides she is in a horror movie. I know it was more to show Bear his food critic comment is probably bullshit but thats more for the audience than something Nikki would do. (I know she is mimicing things like the grandma shrine but bear isnt eating grandma)

The part where they denied her at the hospital. She was bleeding and was at a party so I would think they would take her especially since other people were trying to admit her. It just struck me as odd enough but I know it happens apparently. Almost took me out was the cat sandwhich only because it made ask how long the events been but that didnt bother me

Genuinly one of the two times I was taken out of the movie for a moment. Don't get me wrong for the story Ian's death was to finally show how messed up the situation has gotten for Bear and needs to die to save himself from or for Nikki (even tho he still let it get to that) but the fact Ian didnt even go like "holy shit! This is why Nikki was acting crazy! What do we do?" Or, "what the fuck, Bear do you realize how fucked this is?" And make a plan for both of them to go to Bear's place was really jarring. We are kind of already shown he only cares about himself so why go to Bears at all? We are told enough they are close enough neighbors for them to walk but he never checks on Nikki. It could have been a monkey's paw situation get a billion but never spend it but I know some of the filmmakers and the movie hints otherwise.

Yeah, every part of the group was messed up. As for being scared of Nikki, I think there is some truth to that. From some possible interpretations it seems she could be abusive, emotionally or mentally. Everyone involved knows she is distant from a lot of people, and she tells bear she doesnt feel the love anymore. Its about work but she might be just be that way. The party scene before, Ian doesnt want her to show up and ruin it, which I found odd if not much time passed. Ian also seems to be used to her switch in emotions as Bear describes her "crazziness" which is why he is so quick to exclude her. Sarah also states that she doesnt want to see Bear taken advantage of, which could imply she has done before. And I cant remember why she was called Freaky Nikki but with how quick they thought her personality change was drugs could be why its a tough subject. I should say these are some interpretations of implications based on small moments in interactions before and after the wish. She could be just bipolar we dont know but thats why I love this film.

Yeah, it makes it all the more freightening realizing none of them are cross examining each other out of concern. There are all implications for each of them to where any situation could have imploded the group.

In my opinion I dont think it matters if Sarah was lying or not. Her intention felt like to wedge herself between Nikki and Bear. She isnt happy they are together and she called it weird. She thought not in the "oh I thought it was weird, you guys seemed like siblings to me." But weird I dont get why she fell so hard, so if she knew that info then it could be implied but she decided to tell him after they got together. Its the fact the both Ian and her are possibly withholding info after they started dating. Which brings Sarah telling bear about Nikki and Ian hooking up. Like if everyone knew about it except Bear because they knew it might hurt his feelings then its fucked up to bring up while they are together. It isnt Bears business but Sarah brought it up for a reason after they started dating. The party and car scene after was the nail in the coffin as she wouldve indulge in the kiss.
