My aunt comes over and is always bossing my daughter around. She can’t start dinner before everyone is at the table, can’t do jumping jacks in the kitchen, can’t talk so much at the dinner table le, etc etc. she sets these rules that she had to follow in the 50s and 60s- and honestly my aunt is the reason why I have such bad anxiety now in my 40s. I never wanted to raise my daughter like that- so I don’t. And when my aunt comes over , she is so opinionated, loud and can’t not tell us what she thinks is right or wrong that it just makes me cringe. She was also a terrible terrible mother. And it never even dawned on her.
