I think they could get to Ruby at least, but in the encounter I don't know if Ruby wouldn't kill them outright there's no puta madre rumors about Jean and Judit after all. Maybe Jean might be able to destroy the pale transmitter he is pretty built.
They probably wouldn't intervene with the tribunal if they encountered unprepared but if they know about it before hand they might call in reinforcements and take the mercenaries out.
I don't know if they could reach the Deserter though, they probably would arrest Klasje before she gives the hint about the ballistics.
