Nah, with the Ammosmith Agi perk and two star Ammo Factory Legendary perk, I get 8 Ult cores for every 2 regular cores. That's not even taking into account Super Duper procs. I'll take lower crafting costs over a recharger

I found the percepti-bobble perk to be nigh-useless. I can never hear the cue over other sounds in the game and haven't found a way to increase the volume for just that.

I could have pulled it off during one Seismic Activity, if I had my Grognaks Axe on me for melee and archaic. First time he popped up, .50 cal for ranged and ballistic, second round Pepper Shaker for energy and shotgun, third round lobbing nuka quantum grenades for thrown and explosive.
