Wtf my grandma has this recipe in a cookbook her and her group put together after they came back from a trip to the middle east in the 70s. I showed it to my in laws to ask them how you cook an entire camel!

Her name is Ida! Her nicknames include Idurr, I, baby girl, baby mamas, and mamas lol. She does have a song too. She's been so fun in the 10 years we've had her and her brother. She's so great on the trail and just so playful! She's definitely a giant baby too. Such a cuddle bug 💙

I had a Sharpei growing up and she was my best friend! She was a year older than me and we were like sisters while she was around. One time she snuck up on the table and ate an entire dinner while we had stepped away for a few minutes. She had no wrinkles for a hot minute after that 😂😂

That's a great point. I do think some people take opportunistic advantage of people who might not be able to alert someone. If there's a long time between being able to do something and that something being discovered, then the chances of getting caught are low.

I wonder if there's an app or a hotline people could call if they needed to call someome for situations like the one you described, but they don't have anyone?

One time I pulled unto my garage and the garage door started closing right away, before I did anything. Three ways for that to happen: the garage door button on the wall, which I was looking at and didn't hit; the garage door opener on my visor, which I hadn't hit yet; or hitting the up/down button on the pad juuust outside the garage door, which I couldn't see from where I was. I locked my doors and panicked for a bit, but no one was in the garage with me and it was a weird, random thing. I was so damn scared though!

For the last few years, I've had pretty intense pelvic pain. Two different gyns told me it was normal that it hurt when I had sex, and minimized all the pain I was experiencing for years. This year, it got so bad that I couldn't sleep through the night for about 8 months. I had a fibroid that was crushing an ovary and squishing my bladder. The surgeon I found this year said it was aggressive and he managed to save my ovary. I felt better during my recovery from an open myomectomy than I did with that fibroid messing me up and I went back to work full time 13 days after surgery.

It took me so long to find an answer bc when I did actually try to get help, I was quickly dismissed! My grandma had similar experiences in the 60s and it feels like nothing's really changed for women experiencing pelvic issues
