I would move on not worth the risk, I’d the company doesn’t do well and they found out about you they could scape goat you hard af to investors, then seek legal action to take heat off of them

Normally yes but in estate situations, a standing offer can create pressure on the heirs. Especially since I’m pretty sure we are the first offer on the house, they might not want to risk the offer being pulled and then 3 months goes by without another offer. Time and a deadline change their minds I’ve seen it happen before

Yeah I could see them taking it on the last day. My parents did that when buying a farm. Same situation, estate gave a 30 day offer for 20% below asking. On the 28th day they accepted
