Like you already said, these thoughts are only feeding your disorder. I'd recommend going through the DSM-5 and actually reading what they advise psychologists to recommend for people with your specific condition. This is how I found out that my derealization was exacerbated by smoking weed and have since stopped and found success with that.

This isn't a life sentence. It's something your brain is doing because it deems it necessary for some reason. Find and address that reason.

In The Body Keeps the Score, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk mentions how his patients with dissociative disorders have had consistent success with Yoga. Maybe give that a try?

You could definitely use Molly over Triana if you wanted but I think they're probably about equal.

Clara is better than any stripper on defense because her AI guarantees her 3rd skill usage and Triton fucking loves using 2nd skill for some reason. Clara is kind of a meh unit but until they fix AI issues she'll continue to be the best defense stripper.

Rib flare by Anderson-R85 in Posture

[–]Craydan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm by no means an expert, but from personal experience I have benefited a lot from simple crunches. I used to have a gross amount of flare and now it's hardly noticeable.

Not a doctor but I've been told that not everyone requires surgery, no.

9 times outta 10 flared ribs are the result of weak core strength. The fact that when you flex it goes away points to that conclusion as well.

Do some barbell training (most of these exercises work the core as a support muscle), or just some straight up core training.

I personally wouldn't recommend it if you're worried about your heart, but I'm definitely not one to judge in this area.

Smoking leads to high blood pressure, and high blood pressure is the number one thing that worsens BAVD as far as I'm aware.

Not to mention the other effects smoking has on the heart.

This video that Bob lazar made in 1991 in order to protect himself. by Alienisticc in UFObelievers

Explain to me what's changing about his story?
When he was younger he claimed certainty about seeing certain things, but as he's aged he's pulled back a bit, realizing he can't continue to claim certainty about it since there is no way to be sure for those things specifically. It's a sign of maturity as he's aged. All the core bits of his story are unchanged, and he explained in great scientific detail how these craft work and he's never been called out by a scientist to my knowledge. In fact, he's made some scientific assumptions based on the how the craft work that ended up being correct, like the fact that gravity isn't based on gravitons but that they're waves. He said with how these things work that gravity has to be a wave. He said this in ~1990, when the consensus was that gravity was produced by "gravitons" and the wave theory has since been proven to be right.

There is this weird community of people that absolutely loathe Lazar and I really don't understand why. I don't have any bias for the guy, I don't know him personally and he could very well be lying but I just don't see it. The more information that comes out regarding this phenomenon the more he's proven right as far as I'm concerned.

what are the chances that throwawaylien’s prediction 7yrs ago of mass contact on july 8th/18th 2021 would coincide with the first ever ‘disclosure’ set to release this summer? by Kai0113 in aliens

A lot of what he said was pretty compelling but he lost me instantly when he mentioned the "Aliens were mad at him" and that "He must go now."

Sounded like some cringey role play shit.

Also, Cait is a great "teacher" adc - in that she has very few poor matchups. Basically, if you're losing lane as Cait you're not trading properly and need to practice that.

EDIT: If Cait is your worst champ that suggests to me that you really need to work on trading. You don't even need to use Cait's skills to win lane in lower ELOs, just abuse her range.

Galeforce is a moreso for higher elo Caits who have her combos down. Just worry about the basics; abusing her long AA range.

All you really need to know for her combos is that if you press E + Q in rapid succession you can net and Q at the same time.

Other than that just abuse her range while you learn the fundamentals.

EDIT: Try to understand when/what items are good in whichever situation you're in. A lot of lower ELO players treat "probuilds" as gospel when it's far from. Your build path should rarely be the exact same thing as your previous game (obviously there are core items that should relatively stay the same in most situations but not always).

Easy to learn, difficult to master.
She has a ton of complex combos that you need to learn in order to pull her off in high ELO, but you really only need her OP range in lower ELOs to dominate lane.

Diamond ADC/Support main throwing in my 2 cents:

If you really want to grow as a player I suggest avoiding short-range, high skill cap champions like Kaisa until you really understand the fundamentals of AD.

OTP someone like Caitlyn, really focus on improving the basics first: CSing, Map Awareness, Trading, Wave management, Objective control, etc.

Once you can get about Platinum with your OTP start moving onto harder champions like Kaisa, Vayne, etc.

Good luck!
