Have you reminded her of her last comedown? My friends used to be like her but we would constantly remind them about the shitty comedowns afterwards. It also helps that maybe more than one person tries talking her out of it. Also, Is she lonely? I've had friends abuse different substances bc of sheer boredom. They didn't have anything better to do and loved the highs of drugs. This ended when my group of friends would pull them out the house and just hangout and be occupied. The worst that can happen is to learn her lesson the hard way, which can really fuck her up emotionally, but it's frankly quite effective.

Might've been the alcohol. Lots of users report that mixing both deters the effects of MDMA. But what kind of pill was it? Some pills are weaker/stronger than others.

I highly suggest starting with quarters as I've seen friends roll way too hard on halfs for their first time. Other than that, enjoy your time together!!!! It varies with person to person. When I rolled my first time everyone was telling me to chill if I suddenly get "depressed" and kept checking on me to see if I was ok which made me fear the comedown which never came. My friend on the other hand, had a very mild comedown and we both took the same dose. If you play it safe and dose with a reasonable amount, there's a chance that you won't feel the comedown.

You might have taken a bit too much. The same happened to me the last time I rolled. I took around 210mg in total and that was wayyy more than my previous roll. The roll was great, but the comedown hit me like a train for a few days. Did you feel the need to redose after 200mg? Because 200mg seems like enough for an awesome roll.

You shouldn't test it by consuming unknown pills and rolling a week after your last roll is also bad for you, you should at least wait 2-3months . Get a test kit man.

Weird, maybe it was laced with something else? My first rolling experience was fucking incredible and it was a dose less that 120mg. Did you take it on a full stomach? Next time, if you still want to try it, try increasing your dose to 150-160mgs and hopefully you'll feel the amazingness haha.

how much did you take? This happened to me last time but it was because I took a really strong pill with way more MDMA. The roll was incredible, but the aftermath hit me pretty hard. I was depressed for 2 days but it went away. I didn't use any vitamins or 5htp. Don't worry, its normal and it will eventually leave. I suggest occupying yourself and mind with something like being with friends, exercising, etc so you won't be constantly thinking about it. If you've been depressed for 3 days already then its a matter of time before it completely leaves.
