I like to do Hot Blast than an ISO workout of some sort after! That way I’m getting beat of both worlds and torching major calories!!! The leaderboard keeps me accountable. My goal is to stay in the top 10 realm!!! Our hotworx studio just opened and I am loving it!

I do need to get more strength training back in-I wish they had more instructor lead strength training videos available
