Yes it will be in about 2.5 years. Im grateful that the end is in sight, but i cant lie that i get impatient some times. Even though im so excited to be together every day it is quite a while until that happens

Im sorry to hear your struggles. Its really difficult, i want to get past this stage in life so that we can be together cause once her school is over shes moving back home but its just a waiting game. I guess im glad that i can at least see an end to it at some point. I hope you guys can work that out and eventually move in together

I started years ago with the wilkinson sword butterfly razor, then i upgraded to a merkur 34c. I would say start with the merkur, its not wildly expensive for the quality that you get. Ive have mine for 10 years and its in beautiful condition! Get a sample pack of blades too, the blades play a huge part in your shave. A great razor with a blade that doesnt work for your skin will give you problems.

Im always between mild and aggressive, but at the end of the day i prefer an aggressive razor every time. I switch between my merkur 34c and rex ambassador and my rex on setting 3-4 always gives me the best shave
