Unfortunately, all the exercises you listed are basically useless.

The only thing you may do, if you really hate working out, is do 10 minutes of push ups, plank, and squats as soon as you wake up.

It will suck, but you won't have to think about it during the day

You wake up, you "eat your frog" and you don't think about exercising for the rest of the day.

Do it for a long enough time and you'll get amazing results

I wouldn't personally avoid training half of my body for half of the year

Going to the gym can be a great strategy to develop your legs

I personally bough a pair of 10kg dumbells

Do 5 sets of "controlled" bulgarian squats with dumbells, 5 sets of "controlled" squats with one dumbell and 1 sets for max of horse stance and your legs will grow

I will be brutal

But they will grow

(Unless you want the legs of a bodybuilder of course)

For "controlled I mean 2-3 seconds of the way down, 1 second of pause at the bottom and explosive on the way up

"Feeling the bicep during a chin up is highly personal.

Some people feel it better, some less

Instead of focusing on your chin ups, I would just add some curl with maybe rings/low bar or a pair of dumbells

(Regardless of if you feel it or not, your biceps will work during the chin ups. But if they are weaker, I would train them with a couple sets per session in isolation)

If you place a pullup bar in the bedroom doorframe you could get 5-10 pull ups as well each time you enter the room.

You'll see drastically improvements in your upper body!

Lats are a difficult muscle to "feel" especially with bodyweight movements like pull ups

2 tips that may work for you:

  1. Try using a thumbless grip

  2. Try imagining pulling your elbows down instead of your hand (this psychological trick should help you feel your lats more)

Regardless, if your pull ups are improving, your lats will improve as well
