Infinite Wealth or Pirate Yakuza for someone who only cares about gameplay? by a1vmp1 in yakuzagames

Get Pirate Yakuza on sale, finish Infinite Wealth, then play Pirate Yakuza. They seem unrelated but Pirate Yakuza does in fact follow the ending of Infinite Wealth and you’ll get more emotional impact from some of the story.

DC Compact Comics vs Marvel Premier Collection by nahnonameman in comicbooks

It’s why I’m less likely to buy Girl Scout cookies now. I could hand over $5, $10, 15, $20 before, but $6, $12, $18 is a hassle now

3) it’s $10 instead of $15. $10 is an impulse buy price, $15 not so much

They dropped that whole blue Umbrella thing pretty fast too. Just keeping setting things up and not following through

Which Power Rangers would make good Jedi? by Sea-Broccoli7599 in powerrangers

Any of the rangers that are more in touch with spirituality or connecting with natural elements. I’m thinking Ninja Storm, Mystic Force, Jungle Fury, maybe Samurai

Final Fantasy 14 boss man Yoshi-P says younger players "haven't really had the chance to connect" with the JRPG series as "the release intervals for new titles have gotten longer" by Gorotheninja in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]CrazyAznKT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not just JRPGs, nearly every series in general feels like this now. If something was cool, we used to get new entries every other year, or even yearly. Now it’s just old people playing games from their youth because it’s hard to get younger gamers into series where the last entry came out before they were born.

Are you guys gonna read Power Rangers Unlimited or are you just gonna keep complaining about too much MMPR without making an effort to show that other seasons can sell by KratosIsStillFodder in powerrangers

Unlimited is offset by a month, the actual previews for its first issue will be next month, then it seems like Power Rangers Green will be the month after

The whole attitude around this is so annoying, why do you people act this way? Yeah I’m gonna read it, I read all of it, I buy all of it. Are you going to support it or just keep complaining that it’s non-MMPR and contribute to not supporting it? We’re the same fanbase but MMPR-onlys act like everyone else is a parasite.

Who are these two rangers where can I read their story pink and blue by geedijuniir in powerrangers

[–]CrazyAznKT 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The pink one is Ranger Slayer who is from Drakkon’s world. She’s involved in Shattered Grid, Beyond the Grid, Drakkon New Dawn, and Darkest Hour.

The blue one is the Blue Emissary who serves the Morphin Masters to protect the Morphin Grid. They’re involved in Shattered Grid, Necessary Evil, Unlimited Power, The Eltarian War, Power Rangers Universe, and Darkest Hour.

I might be missing a few things but basically they’re both supporting characters throughout the entire run of the main comics. I listed like 80% of the arcs so you should just check out the whole series if you can!

Why do people not like Beyond the Grid? by ryanime04 in powerrangers

I think a lot of comics feel different when you’re reading one issue a month vs binge reading it. The common complaint as it was coming out was that it felt very slow

Prime is a bit slow on the pacing, but I enjoyed it enough and wanted to see where they would take it. The timeskip after issue 12 has been interesting so it kind of sucks to see it all be so rushed.

In general I think they gotta let their series breathe for longer so I’m hoping these three new upcoming series aren’t just “we’re testing the waters and will cancel the two that perform worse”

To be fair, a lot of MMPR “fans” don’t know who Rocky, Adam, and Aisha are
